Title VI Information

Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 protects people from discrimination based on race, color or national origin in programs or activities that receive Federal financial assistance. Title VI states that:No person in the United States shall, on the ground of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.

Complaint Process

Any person who believes that he or she, individually, as a member of any specific class, has been subjected to discrimination prohibited by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, may send an email with their complaint or concern to OKCounty_ARPA@accenture.com. Title VI Complaints must be filed within 180 days of the alleged discriminatory event or practice.

Allied Arts Unveils Together Together

The unveiling of Allied Arts’ first commissioned piece of public art Together Together happened Wednesday, December 6 in front of the Oklahoma City Convention Center, Mick Cornett Drive and Robinson Avenue. Together Together is a 26-foot steel sculpture created by artist local Joe Slack and commissioned by Allied Arts in commemoration of its 50th anniversary in 2021. Slack primarily uses steel for his art.
